Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads team leaders and sales consultants.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager leads all aspects of the stores daily operations to grow sales and drive profitability. Sales Manager is to ensure the stores compliance and adherence to all company guidelines and operational standards. The position focuses on sales operations, planning, hiring, people development, strengthening customer experience, and task prioritization.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Achieve district/store sales monthly goals and performance requirements through new customer sales, accessory sales, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Drives overall profitability by focusing on financial data, total store sales and expense control
  • Develop long-term business relationships with customers by ensuring sales crews follow business ethics, practices, and procedures.
  • Create a positive winning culture and environment to ensure the success of the districts.
  • Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
  • Leads employee coaching, sales training, counseling, performance, and corrective actions in designated district, and succession plans development.
  • Sales Managers are required to be ‘on call’ during store operating hours where needed.
  • Manage the sales operations of each district stores including training, coaching, and development.
  • Oversees the coordination and execution of store merchandise and presentation standards.
  • Empowers communication amongst team to share company strategy and direction.
  • Lead recognition efforts to promote performance and retention.
  • Adheres to all standard operating procedures, policies and Best Methods and ensures store compliance to audit and safety standards.
  • Ensures new and existing sales associates understand and utilize sales platforms and systems up to their highest potential.
  • Role model’s customer service expectations through personal contact with customers.
  • Partners with Executive Team to assess and implement workforce planning including leading screening interviews, hiring, and exit interviews.

Minimum Qualifications Must Have:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years in retail experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management role supervising/managing other people.
